The GM 4.3L V6 is one of the cleverest engines Detroit ever built: same 4.000″ bore and 3.480″ stroke as the small-block 350, simply minus two cylinders — which means it inherits the SBC’s legendary durability and its enormous parts ecosystem. It powered millions of S-10s, Astros, Blazers and their siblings through the 1990s, and hundreds of thousands are still working across Europe as pickups, vans and 4x4s. The VEGE VCN62WD is that engine, remanufactured in the Netherlands by Europe’s largest engine remanufacturer: thermal cleaned, crack-tested, machined to OEM tolerances, fitted with new pistons, rings, bearings and gaskets throughout, and run on a test bench before dispatch.
What arrives: long block with cylinder heads, oil pump and timing cover. What transfers from your old engine: valve covers, oil pan, intake, exhaust manifolds, water pump, sensors, wiring and ECU.
